My Daughter Wants to be a Vampire

Isabella’s new stage is a vampire. We checked the book Vampirina Ballerina out of the library. It was life changing for her. It is about a little girl who is a vampire but who joins an evening ballet class with mortals. The little vampire girl is shy and has to try hard not to turn in to a bat. By the end she gains her confidence and loves her class and her classmates.

Now Isabella is a vampire. It’s her fave book and I just checked it out of the library for the second time. Her fave movie now is Hotel Transylvania, also about a vampire girl, this time a teenager. Grandma (my mother-in-law) even got her a second-hand vampire costume. I totally get it. When I was 14 I went through a very involved obsession with Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles.

Every stage she goes through she entirely immerses herself in completely. If she can continue this  in business, she will be very successful in life.

Now, off to finish my Almond Milk latte. I will write tomorrow for sure, in between many many many loads of laundry. My MIL was staying with us for a week and I got VERY behind in my chores. And my reading. And my yoga.

On a side note…
