I was working away on my projects this weekend, getting ready for a summer overhaul of my Etsy shop, BabblingPandaYarns. I was looking up crochet things and came across this meme: It made me laugh because people do say funny things like this to me from time to time. I am 37 years old this year. I wish I could stay 36 forever. This year I accomplished a lot. It was a good year. Oh my gosh, you guys. I did something kind of frightening for me. I’m also really excited, because I am proud of the products I have done. After years of people encouraging me (I think since Hunter was born), I have finally opened an Etsy shop. This weekend we went out to a coworker’s house for brunch, which was very nice and I got to meet their super-sweet kids. It was fun to run after a super energetic toddler and have the simplest things make him laugh. And they have Cornish Rex cats!! I took so many photos of their furry friends….the Rex cats look like little princes and are super soft. That took most of Saturday and the rest of the weekend was taken up with movies and crochet.
