Want to Be Your Healthiest Self This Year: Here’s Your Favourite Website in 2018.

Life is busy: Everyone will tell you the same. While we are all rushing around trying to get work done and meeting our family’s needs, sometimes our health doesn’t take priority. When we do think of adding something to our health regime, we are often overwhelmed by choice and frozen in indecision. It becomes another thing that we “will do later” and never get to. Review Critic makes it easy to see what products will work best for you in as little time as possible. (You can check them out HERE).

I’m a busy mom. My morning routine is down to a science. I get up at 6:30 am every morning, wash my face, take my multi-vitamin and head downstairs to help the kids make breakfast. Once they are all set, I start my breakfast routine. One of the things that my husband and I have added to our morning routine is drinking liquid chlorophyll in our water. Yes, you read that right. We drink chlorophyll, the pigment in green plants that allows them to transfer light into energy. We started doing this a couple of years ago and it has helped in many ways: reducing our body odour, minimizing bad breath and providing us with extra vitamins. Josh doesn’t mind the taste but I gag every time. Every. Single. Time.

Someone told me that you could get chlorophyll in pill form, but I also heard it was less effective than the liquid, so I meant to research it. Well, you know what happened next. I would forget. All of my daily duties: kid pickup, getting them to activities, meal prep, grocery shopping, cleaning, workouts, work….it all got in the way. When I did finally make time to look it up, I was overwhelmed by choice and opinion. I needed a site I would trust. I was turned on to Review Critic and pleasantly surprised. (https://www.reviewcritic.org/)

Review Critic has a large range of products reviewed on their site- for anxiety to athlete’s foot to jet lag, all of them natural or supplements. They even have a chlorophyll review. One quick read told me whether GNC Superfoods Triple Chlorophyll would be effective enough for me, along with the cost, dosage, manufacturer’s guarantee and their final thoughts.  The information is broken down really clearly and that makes it a fast way to absorb it and make a decision. I even had time to read about similar products that might be a viable alternative for me, so that I don’t gag every morning (yuck). If you don’t have time to read their full review, they have an infographic at the top of the page you can quickly scan, which I admit I did with a couple of products.

I really enjoyed the site and saw a lot of products I have been meaning to look up but haven’t had the time. Check them out! Just go to: https://www.reviewcritic.org/ .

I hope it helps you as much as it helped me. It’s hard to go wrong with a site that cuts down the time on your to-do list!
